Very Confused on applying

Hey everyone good morning,
I live in India currently I am single 26 and never travelled outside India before. I want to apply for canada travelling visa at the end of this month to meet my girl friend living in Alberta. she is student there currently her visa is till 2019 Q1. I want to meet her in upcoming april month and dont want to mention anywhere that I am going to meet and just going to apply as tourist. Now lets say if my visa got rejected for some reason. my plans are to get married to her in december this year when she come to India. so, if my application is rejected as tourist before and when I apply again as dependant on her in future lets say January 2019. it is going to create issue for me or not? If it create issue do let me know guys. I will not even apply for tourist visa and just going to wait till then.

No - a TRV refusal will not create a problem. If you are refused, just make sure you declare the refusal in the PR application.

I will be not applying for PR but I wil apply as dependant visa on her. My girl friend will be on student visa and I will be her dependant. so is it ok if I get rejected now and later it wont create any delays?

In that case a TRV rejection may in fact impact your later application.
