Verified Contract from POLO Vancouver

My employer has been trying to contact the L:abor Atache in Vancouver for my verified contract for the past 2 weeks and they havent received any reply from them. any advice on what to do? how long does obtaining the verified contract would normally take? Thanks

Does your employer send your contract with signature both employer and employee and copy of your visa? and pay for the necessary fee for the registration of your contract to POLO?
