Hi,
I am doing verification of status to reprint my old study permits (which already expired). This requires birth certificate.
According to instruction guide,
"If the country in which you were born does not or did not issue birth certificates, include an alternate official document showing the name, date, and place of birth of your parents". Does it refer to the document showing my parents' name and place of birth?
I have my own birth certificate (notarized version). Is it valid?
Thank you very much for your help.
