I lost the COPR document while shifting house and unable to find the same. I am applying for Verification of status for COPR and have a couple of queries as CIC support is unreachable.

Queries:
1. Can I send the applications of multiple family members in the same package as they didn't provide the multiple payment receipts (I paid for all at once only)?
2. Can I sign on my minor daughter's form?
3. We are not living at the same address when we did the landing, do we have to ask for updating address too?
4. For updating my daughter's last name in passport, consulate requires immigration category on the VoS, but there is no information the form regarding the same. How can I ask the CIC in the same application?

Thanks in advance and really appreciate the help.

Is this related to a Citizenship application? I looks like you may want to post in the forum area for Permanent Residents, as you are asking questions about PR-related processes :)

Off course he is talking about citizenship matters here. COPR issued after someone become PR.
No, nothing is "of course". A co-PR is not needed to apply for citizenship. One might need this for test/interview or the Oath, but that was not indicated in the question itself. My comment stands: this is a question about replacing co-PR, not about anything directly related to the actual citizenship application. Anyone who is a PR might lose their co-PR and apply for a new one, hence, the area for PRs will most likely have more information than the Citizenship specific area.
