verification for job

hi everybody
i want to know that as i have left my job for past 2 years, when i will apply for immigration, how canada embassy verify my job bcz on reception no one knows me now.. as i was employer there before 2 years ago and on company letter head employer mobile number is not mentioned...how can they verify as now i am not doing that job..its matter of past only but i ahve worked there for 4 years.

Hi Iram,

If they have to verify youre job they will definetly give a call to your company. Its better that you inform the company that someone will ring in the next few months to confirm your employment especially the HR department. Otherwise if they ring and someone said no no one has worked here with this name then it will just create a doubt in visa officers mind. So better to inform your company before hand.

Yes, specially if the HR or your supervisor (or both) have changed.

Just keep them informed, and u will be fine
