I am making a fixed deposit in Indian rupees for a settlement amount of CAD $18,097 for 3 people in my family.
Today the fixed deposit value in INR is $18,097 * 54.64 = Rs 988820.08.
Let us say on 24 Dec 2014, my application is processed at CIO and at that time the CAD to INR conversion rate is 58.
Will the CIO officer expects $18,097 * 58 = Rs 1049626 as settlement fund which is less than what I will send Rs 988820.08 at today's conversion rate?

Since I am from India, is it enough to show settlement amount in Indian rupees?
