Valuation of property for Family ties in Super Visa

Hi All,

I am applying for Super Visa for my mother and need to show her family ties to her home country.

Currently, the society flat mother is residing in not registered with us, but society membership is in Father's name who passed away recently.

Due to Covid we are unable to proceed with transfer of society membership to mother's name and property registration.

So, to show my mother's family ties, if we do valuation of property which is neither registered and not yet transferred to mother will that be accepted?
