Validity to apply

Hello Everyone

I have been going through different posts and have notices that many got rejected for applying under the graduate stream even after completing their masters. I have done my full time MBA in Canada (my university's website describes the programme as a 20 month programme- 16 months of study and 4 months of summer holidays). So, would this be entail me to be qualified to apply under the graduate stream (the reason i am kind of worried is because other master students in this post have been getting rejected). Maybe, i am just being paranoid but, i need someone to tell me that. ;D

also, i am currently working full time for a MNC as a business consultant (NOC 1122) so I think that covers my work experience requirement. Wot say, fellow bloggers?

So, i now have to complete my IELTS and collect all the paperwork and I should be good to go????

Oh, and one more thing, in the CEC form it asks me for my "previous work experience in canada".......since i have NEVER worked before my MBA in canada, this part of my form would be "0", right?

I did read the requirements.....but when I see so many bloggers that get refused because they have been rejected since the VO did not think that the course is for 4 semesters, then it kinda worries me. I mean, is there more than what meets the eye? or am I missing something????

Something that is consistent with the rejected cases is "how the university/college defines full-time studies and/or the program of study". When a school says, "a program of 1 year minimum" but a student completes it in 2 yrs, what does that mean? Does it mean it can be completed in 1, 2, 3, etc years if the student so decides? What is the VO to make of it? My opinion is it's better to obtain clarification from your school and submit with the application than leave it to the VO to interpret.
