Validity of work offer from quebec

Hi all,
I am interested in applying for express entry, have one year experience and a work offer from the same employer for another 3 years. I am getting enough points only if consider that I will get 50 points for my job offer from a Quebec employer.

Kindly share your experience related to the validity of work offer from Quebec even though you have the intention to leave Quebec?

I am working as a postdoc which is a full time paid but a temporary job so I have offer letter up til 2023

So you will live in Quebec for a while? Don't think that works.

No i want to move to another province because I need to change to a better paying job and without ,french it is difficult to get one here

I don't see how you can prove your intention of living outside Quebec if your LMIA is from Quebec.

You can try and convince them however that you plan to leave Quebec by applying in a CEC stream if you have 1 year of Canadian experience. This won't work. The job offer in Quebec demonstrates that you plan to settle there. Express Entry requires you to be planning to settle outside of the province of Quebec. Your plan will only work if your job offer is from outside of Quebec. Otherwise you should be looking into the Quebec Skilled Worker program.
