Validity of test scores and PCC at the time of application

I intend to apply by mid Feb 2018. My test scores expire in May 2018 and I will be leaving USA in May 2018 as well. I would have submitted the valid test scores and PCC by the time of the application. Would a change in my address or the expiration of my test scores result in issues if the application is still in progress by May 2018 (which is most likely is going to be)

The IELTS scores are locked on the day you submit your application. So, as advised, you wont be affected if they expire during processing.
