Validity of PCC: What if someone leaves the country where the PCC issued

I got ITA under CEC. However, my wife is in India for vacation, She obtained PCC last month in India and she will leave to Canada next week. I am going to submit our PR application before she leaves India (probably this weekend). If she leaves India, will the certificate become invalid? Does she need to get new PCC after she reach Canada?

No she wont need another PCC. Its fine. Even if you submit after she comes back to Canada, its fine. The validity is 6 months.
