Validity of Medicals - Express entry

Dear experts,

I have been in Canada on an Open work permit since Jun 2019. I had done my medicals prior to that, in Dec 2018. Incidentally, one last pending medical test (which I had inadvertently missed in Dec 2018, and which was also holding up my work permit issuance) was carried out and cleared in May 2019. However the original medical forms are dated Dec 2018.

Subsequently, while in Canada, I applied for the Express Entry program and got a nomination from Ontario earlier this month. I am planning to apply for the PR once I get my ITA probably in the first draw of Nov.

My query is two fold-
(1) Where can I check if my medical file has a date of Dec 2018 or May 2019 (considering my last and final test was done on May 2019). If the latter is true, then I have some more time and possibly will not need to redo the medicals.
(2) In case my medicals are dated Dec 2018, do I need to redo the medicals for express entry? I know the medicals are valid for one year. It will likely be valid at the time of submitting the application (targeting second week of Nov), but may not be valid at the time of me getting the PR (In the very likely case that it takes > 1-2 months).

Please advise!

Thanks,

Subhojit
