Validity of Documents

Hello all,

after almost 6 years in Canada, I am finally starting the Express Entry application.
Before I do anything, I have a few questions that I hope you will be able to answer.

- How long are the documents valid for ? If I do the English/French test and medical visit now, how much time do I have to submit everything until they expire and I have to do it again ?

- What kind of documents do they need for work history ? I want to apply under the Skilled worker category. I have worked 6 months in a NOC 0 (Still working there, in Ontario) and from 2013 to 2015, 2 years in NOC B , in Ontario as well. However, when I left this jib, I did not have an ROE and they are out of business now so it will be really hard to reach them and ask for paperwork. I have my paychecks, some letter of employment dated back to 2015 (which I used for my work permit application last year and was enough). Will this be enough to justify my experience in Canada ?
My biggest fear is that I have to wait another 6 months at my current job before I can start applying.

Thank you !
It's a stressful journey starting now but worth it !

Thank you !
It seems that my letters could be ok with a LOE ! which is very reassuring !
Regarding police check, how long are they valid for ? Translation of diplomas should never expire, right ?
I'm sorry for all these questions but I haven't found anything about the validity of documents and I don't want to start anything until I'm sure I have everything !

police certificate is valid for 6 months for your current country of residence and valid indefinitely for other countries as long as they were issued after the last time you lived in such countries.

translations do not expire.

All good, since we're living in Canada now (with legal documents), I suppose there is no harm in asking for previous countries today.

Thank you again !
