Validity of AOR if NOC changes

Guys
Pardon me if this question has been asked and answered before. I couldn't find a reasonable explanation anywhere.
I have applied to CIO in march and am expecting AOR. In few days the NOC list id expected to change. If the new NOC list does not contain my job (0231), will i be eligible to apply to the visa office, assuming i get the AOR by then.
Please answer the question for me.

As you have already submitted your application the new changes will not effect you in any way.

Yes thats true as Saki said. Go ahead. But parallel application or multiple application by same applicant will process simultaneously too..... I know many have had so.....

So i can safely assume that if i have the AOR from NS, i am eligible to apply to local CHC even if NOC list does not contain my occupation in may 01 list.
