Validity of 1st stage of mba (diploma certificate )from icfai

I had been persuing MBA distance learning from Icfai Tripura university. ICFAI awarded diploma certificate after completion of stage 1 of their education programme. Unfortunately i couldn continue the course and am left with only the diploma certificate.
Does anyone have any idea whether:
1) this cert is valid for immigration to canada
2) if so, how can i get transcripts for wes assessment.
