You would think I could find this but I can't, so any help would be most appreciated.
I currently hold a valid work visa that expires in May of 2016, but just the other day I was laid off from that job as they had no need for my employment. I was told I can stay in Canada till my work visa expired. What they didn't mention was if I would be able leave Canada and return. I am a United States Citizen, so I don't think I need a Visa to enter Canada. If I was to leave to go to interviews for Jobs back in the United States would I still be allowed to return?
Thanks for any guidance on this.
