valid Work Permit, want to go my home country

Hi everybody can anyone tell me, I have Work permit for 2 years food service supervisor. I want to go home country to bring my spouse and daughter, If I apply for visa do they issue our visa straightaway, or do we have to wait some months, Actually my country is Uzbekistan I have to apply in Moscow.
