I was in Canada on student visa and due to failure of one of course I did apply for extension of study permit. and I got my study permit approved which is valid till April 2014. But due to some emergency I had to travel to India before I apply for TRV (for valid study permit holders) . Now my question is Can I apply for TRV from India ? How long it does take ? Where can I find checklist for TRV ? What category I should apply under ?
I have gone through VFS site but couldn't get any information ..... Please reply .... I would appreciate detailed reply or past experience .....
