I have a valid open pgwp till 2020. Due to certain circumstances i had to fly back to india. I had not applied for my multiple entry trv visa. My student visa expired but i got the open work permit before that. Now when I contacted vfs they said you have to apply as a returning worker under the trv category. The supporting documents required are a letter of ongoing employment and bank statement of payments. But my question is I have an open work permit and I am not employed how do I apply then for the trv. As am not a student anymore nor a visitor.
