Valid LMO till April 22 do u still get points ?

Hello Guys ,

I have obtained Positive Labor Market opinion ( LMO ) . I left Canada in October 3, 2014 to get married (on unpaid vacation ) and to help my spouse to obtain visa ( I am still trying :-X ).
I submitted my application for CEC on November 7 , they have not returned my file yet but i want to prepare for Express Entry and i have some questions :

1- i am on unpaid vacation outside of Canada , am I still considered working for my employer ?
2- are they going to give me points for having valid LMO and work permit ? ( they will expire in April 22 months )

I already have more than one year experience and my NOC is 2147

your answers will help a lot to answer the question in the online application

Hello Snoply,

I believe you are still considered working if your employer is aware and agreed to your unpaid vacation.
You should get your points for valid lmo and wp as well.
