Dear All,
I am currently working with a Canadian bank on an open work permit for the past 2 months (ina full time, continuous role). There was no LMIA approval during my recruitment process, as I applied online to a job posting on the bank's portal, and at no point in the selection did the LMIA approval come up (the only condition of employment was I should be legally allowed to work in Canada). Also, this is my first and only job experience in Canada.
I am now applying for PR through express entry. What should the response be to the question - Do you have a job offer in Canada? Since I am already employed, I do not have a "öffer" anymore, hence I should answer No.
Could the experts please confirm if this is correct.
Regards,
S
