Valid Job offer for Canadian Experience class

Hello there,
I have a query regarding the "valid job offer" criteria for Canadian Experience class PR application.

I am employed in The University of British Columbia Okanagan campus, as a Postdoctoral Fellow (NOC 4011) since March 2019, with a closed work permit. I have completed all my education in home country India and earned Doctorate degree in Civil Engineering. I have already received WES equivalization certificate also.

I intend to apply for Canada Permanent Residency, in Canadian Experience class - Express Entry program after completing one year of work experience in March 2020 at the University. I just created a profile, but my points as per CRS calculation is only 442.

I have received a new one year full time job offer (march 2020 to march 2021) from my current employer. But, I could see in the CIC website that job offer should be valid for at least one year from the time PR is issued. According to this clause my offer letter does not meet the criteria for a valid job offer.

In another forum, the criteria is only mentioned as "one year full time offer", which makes my offer letter valid for Express entry profile. If I can consider it, my points would increase by 50 and become 492.

I would request you to provide valuable advise on my case.

As clearly stated by IRCC, it has to be for one year AFTER getting PR.

Thank you very much canuck_in_uk for your quick response. It means I have no luck with my 1 year offer letter.
