Valid 2 work permits

Hello everyone! I need help regarding my work permit. I left my job to my previous employer because i found a new job, so, i have my 2 valid work permit & will expire both next yr. Is it possible to go back to my previous employer without applying new permit? i still have my previous work permit and not expired yet. Should i need to apply a new work permit for my previous employer? Any help? Thank you.

There will be no problem at all if your previous employer will let you work with them again. It will be valid until the expiration.

No, the new work permit invalidates the previous work permit. Note on the top it will say "only allowed to work for the above employer at the above location"

Thank you guys. I just wanna know where did get these info from? Ill call cic and try at least 3 different agents just to be on a safe side. Ill keep you guys posted.

I have friends who hold 3 different valid/unexpired work permits and working on the 2 of them full time at 35 hours and 37 hrs/week respectively.
The other one he have it for part time only.
And I will do the same in two months time. I hold an unskilled work permit right now and my skilled work permit is on the process under a different employer.
I talked to my current employer already but he told me to do part time with them instead to resign once I have my skilled work permit which is still legal.
