Vaccination Card

I moved to the US 9 years ago on student visa.

I am doing my soft landing this weekend, and have passed all my medical exams etc but I dont have a vaccination card (used to have it years back, but misplaced).

What can I do? Any suggestions?

I was never asked for a record of vaccinations, nor have I heard of anyone I know moving from the US being asked. What is the country of your passport?

Why do you need the vaccination card? Were you asked for it? I never was asked for one.
