My family is shifting to toronto permanently in august month. I have lost vaccination cards for my two sons. That is why i took certificate from Doctor which states that they took all the vaccinations. Does this enough for school admission (1st son=11th grade, 2nd son=8th grade)? Or what is the alternate solution?
