Hi Everyone,

When applying for PR through family sponorship from insde Canada are you able to leave the country for a week once approved in principle? or is it the same as leaving the country before being approved in principle??

Is there any documentation you should be taking with you, other then your passport??

Anyone have any experiences with this??

Thanks

Leaving the country after AIP is basically the same thing as leaving the country before AIP. There's always a chance the applicant will be refused re-entry into Canada. And if this happens, then the application will be deemed abandoned.
