Vacation for Philippines

Hi I'm a permanent resident in Canada since august 2015 . I am wondering if I'm going on a vacation to Philippines for 6 months and 7 days does it affect my residency? I'm thinking to have my vacation end of march so I have already 838 days. Thank you

Absolutely no problem since you will be meeting the residency obligation when coming back to Canada. Enjoy your vacation and Good Luck!

Depending when you leave and come back you may be out of the country too long to maintain your health coverage for the year. If you used health care that year you could be asked to pay for any services you used.
