VAC Rome question

Hello,

My mother's case has been approved (yay!). She has to send the relevant docs (passport, photos, IRCC letter, VAC Consent Form and fees, and
Updated Client Information Chart).

I'd like to ask if anyone has experience at VAC Rome (Italy), and whether it is possible to mail in the docs. On the VAC Consent Forms, signature page, there are two places to sign (one for consenting giving biometrics, and another for not consenting giving biometrics). My mother has given her biometrics in June 2022 as part of this PGP, should she give again her biometrics?


Also, on the IRCC letter they require

"4. A completed Updated Client Information Chart, found at ANNEX 1 of this letter, listing the specified
details for the principal applicant and each accompanying dependent."

My father is not accompanying my mother, so should I avoid listing him on the Updated Client Information Chart?
