VAC Fee

I just had a question about the "applicable VAC fees"

I was sent an original passport request after applying for a TRV Visa Online;
After being redirected from that email that requested my passport to a website (cic /dot/ gc /dot/ ca/submit-envoyer, I have a few questions. (Included spaces to be able to post link)

It is also important to note I have paid for Biometrics fees and that I am applying from within the US.

The requirements from the website to send with the passport are:

The passport request letter you received from CIC
Any applicable VAC fees, such as passport transmission fees
Full contact information, including a phone number, email and your full return address
The VAC consent form (PDF, 18 KB)
A pre-paid return courier envelope, if applicable

I had read somewhere on the website by paying the biometrics fees I do not need to pay any extra VAC fees. Is this true?
If not, how much are the VAC fees and where do I pay for them, and how do I prove I have paid for them?
Also, do I need to send in any extra information besides those listed above?

VACs are third parties. You should check with the corresponding VAC to see their policies.
