V URGENT: Query of CA REPORT Reapplying study permit

Hello I am reapplying my study visa and I wanted to ask if I can add my grandma's name on CA report as our house is on her name. I already have a ca report with my mom, dad and grandma's name (it says that we all live in the same house) and the report is coming out to be 1.8 cr+. My agent says this is perfect and I should go ahead with my grandma's name, But i'm a little doubtful. (I am applying for BA psychology uni of saskatchewan from india, class 12th 97.8%, prev refusal becs agent didnt include sop so they thought i wont leave canada
