If we arranged my marriage and my future husband took a a week vacation from his work abroad and we married legally in that week, then he returned back to his work. Is it enough for IRCC, if he updated our marriage status after ITA and before submitting the PR application?

But after ITA I don’t think he can add you to his application at that point.
After his Pr is done can can apply for u.
