Can I apply for an open work permit visa .my husband now in canada .but his work contract is valid now .but will be ended in about 3 months from now .but his work permit still valid .Can I apply for open work permit and can I get it .or it may be refused .

His work permit needs to be valid for at least six months in order for your open work permit to be approved.
