Utility bills for common law partner

Hi,

Which type of utility bills are accepted to provide evidence that you have cohabitated with your partner for a period of atleast 12 continuous mionths.

I have electricity bill and mobile bill in the name of my wife only.
I have credit card statement in my name only.

All bills are having same address. Can I submit these bills or utility bill should have name of both persons?

According to my lawyer, both names need to appear on the bills or shared accounts to count as prove.

I am also facing the same problem.

All the utility bills etc are in my name.
Also house is owned by me.

My wife has the house address in all his ID's but no bills are paid by her.
What can i do in this situation.

Need help from seniors?

i got the answer...if we have marriage certificate nothing else is required. 8)
12 months residence proof is required in case of common in law partner
