USPS screwed my application

HI all
I sent my application for PR through PNP Ontario to Sydney NS -I posted my application a month ago through USPS priority international and USPS did not deliver it yet.I am tracking it on USPS website and even after a month there are no updates-the last update was on 23rd of april that my mail cleared Canada customs and nothing after that.It is so frustrating to talk to USPS employees on the phone-they give no clear information.
My main worry is that the mail contains Police certificates from 3 different countries-India/UK and USA and also a lot of my personal details and credit card details-to redo this process all over again takes me about 3 more months.
My advise to u guys who are in USA is that is not to use USPS international for posting anything important.THere is no gaurantee that your mail will reach the destination

try to contact with canada post.

once they cross the border canada post takes over..

should be delivered no doubt.

next time use fedEX, I think they are better

Ditto to what Holygun said. My husband and I sent mail to each other for 3 years using Canada Post and USPS. Each only tracks on their side of the border. Once it passes through customs, start checking the other side's postal tracking.

I have also looked at Canada post website and in their website the last update is on 23rd and my mail is at the Halifax sorting office for the past 4 weeks.Halifax and Sydney are only 3 hours by road but inexplicably my mail is held at Halifax sorting office.
I am just wondering if it has been delivered but they did not update the system?I called up Canada post and they were not helpful either.
It is frustrating to talk to USPS-They are rude and not helpful at all
Today I posted a written complaint to the USPS customer service office bcos when I called up one of the customer service representative just slammed the phone down.
