Using previous medical exam for BC PNP

I did an upfront medical exam for Express Entry CEC last month. I had applied for the paper-based PR through BC PNP last year and now received the request to do a medical exam. I was wondering if I could use the medical exam I did last month for Express Entry CEC, for the BC PNP as well.
