Using one medical on multiple PR applications

Hi All,

I am not sure if this has been covered before. I applied for CEC in January 2013 and to be safe I applied for PNP PR in September 2013, just received AOR and MR together.

For the CEC application I did upfront medicals in June.

My question is can I use this medical for both applications. I do not want to cause confusion and possibly slow my CEC applications down or will this be easy enough to do?

Hi,

I am in exactly the same position. Did medical for PNP and soon expecting to get Medical Request for CEC since I received AOR few days ago.

My lawyer told me that I do not have to go for medical again. He will just send a letter to CEC office that I already did medical 2 months ago and a copy of the receipt. He says that once the CIC receives medical results, they are in computer and they are visible to personnel in other offices. That's the way he always done it and never had any problems.
