So I was wondering if I could use a tef certificate where I received nclc 10 and 9 in the comprehension sections, and a 7 in the writing section but a measly 4 in the speaking section. According to the crs calculator, this should give me around 15 points which can be a game changer. I am also eligible for fsw and already have the 67 points. I do not need the points associated with nclc 5 results for the fsw eligibility. But I still worry that a result like this is effectively invalid.
Can I use this for crs points?
I read conflicting stuff on IRCC's website, in certain places it says the requirement for express entry is nclc 5 in other places it says that the express entry system is different from fsw eligibility and if you are eligible for fsw you shouldn't worry if the system gives you the points.
