Using francophone mobility wp while on PGWP for points

Can an applicant possess Francophone Mobility WP to get express entry points while also possessing a valid PGWP?

Working at the same company on pgwp for 1+ year. If francophone wp is obtained now, can it be used for points immediately (since its same company and 1+ year worked already on different permit) or is another year of work needed on the same permit?

So you need to be working on the approved LMIA exempt permit (not PGWP) for one year and then you can count the 50 points.

Doesn’t matter. You need the approved LMIA exempt work permit and then work for a year on that permit.
