using driver license expiring in Sep 2017

Hope all r doing well.

My question might be a very familiar query to most of u guys.

Please advise if i can provide a Canadian driver license expiring in October 2017 as a proof of identification to citizenship application being filed in July 2107.

I am referring G2 expiring in Sep 2017 and so no renewal. I have to give test in august in case if I fail can the provided driver license create any issues while processing my citizenship application

It might. At one time anyone using an ID that was renewed within 3 months of the application got an automatic RQ. That might not be in effect anymore, but a citizenship officer might wonder why if you are claiming to live some place, you haven't bothered to renew your DL. What is your explanation going to be?

i wouldn't have answer if i fails in drive test.

can i use health card and passport biographical pages for identification.
