Hey everyone - I need some advice on how to approach the issue with my WES evaluation.
My Details:
CRS: 469
NOC: 21221 (Business Systems Specialists)
As part of my WES evaluation, I submitted the documents from my 4 years Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from an institution in Pakistan and a postgraduate (PG) diploma from Qualifi UK in Project Management.
For my Bachelor’s, WES has evaluated it as a "Diploma (three years)" with no issues with the evaluation of my PG diploma (WES are standing by this evaluation after I reached out to them). I was hopeful for a nomination from OINP in 2024, but unfortunately, their eligibility states that "You must have a Canadian bachelor’s, master’s or PhD degree or its equivalent in another country."
Questions:
1. As for using another ECA body for an evaluation, not every ECA institution evaluates the PG diploma from Qualifi. Would it be possible to just get my Bachelor's evaluated from IQAS, for example, and in my express entry profile mention the IQAS report for my bachelor's and the WES report for my post graduate diploma? Would the contradiction in the IQAS and WES report of the evaluation of my bachelor's be an issue?
2. Anyone else been on a similar boat or have any advice on how to navigate through this?
