Hi, I had a single name in my original passport used in Pr application. Eventually
all my documents, drivers license, health card, and pr card have a single name, can I continue the same for citizenship application or I have to add my last name which was omitted in my original passport?

Please advise I am in time for my citizenship application. Thank you.

If all your documents have a single name then you will have to use a single name for your citizenship application. If you want to add your last name so it appears on your citizenship certificate then you will need to make a statutory name change declaration and include that declaration with your application. Does only having one name cause you any problems with any banks, companies etc?
