Used bigger priority post envelope and mailed to regular mail address? bit worri

Hello guys
I am new to this form.
I mailed by application today using priority courier of canada post(I used the biggest envelope because i had a lot papers that didnt fit in 23 cm x 30.5 cm (9" x 12") ).
Is it ok
moreover the canada post worker on the counter said priority courier is regular mail delivered by canada post and she said me to put the REGULAR MAIL ADDRESS WITH P.O BOX number)
Is it ok.

OK to both questions.

The suggested envelope size is so that you don't have to fold your documents, as you would in a business-sized envelope.

For Canada Post Xpresspost/Priority, you can choose either the street address or the PO Box, it will get there.
