Quick Question.
I am seeing people say they sent the use of representative form just in case. I sent out my application in July, and I did not include this form. I am the PA, and my husband (the Sponsor) lives with me in the USA. He will not be contacting them or really doing anything on my behalf. I will be doing everything. Did I still need to send this? Or should I send it now with a cover letter just in case?

When I was going through the checklist it said only if the sponsor will be acting on my behalf or dependent children which we do not have, it is just me and him, or if we are using anyone else which we are not.

As you've said, no one will be acting on your behalf, so you don't need it.

Okay, thank you. I just wanted to ask because I am seeing people say they sent it just in case because on the new checklist it says to send it or it will be returned, but I literally have no reason for it.
