Use of Representative form for a minor

Hi,
I'm filling filling out paperwork to get my kids' certificates of citizenship. Since I'm their parent, do I need to fill out the Use of a Representative form?

no, I dont think so. You are the parent, not a 3rd part. You can call CIC, if you wanna be 100% sure
