USE OF Immigration CONSULTANT

Hi guys! pls suggest me ,if anyone has idea of having help of immigration consultant in ISLAMABAD area for application,is is helpful because manny say that even if it's pretty simple to apply but there are points where consultants know well how to represent a case..is it true..pls adivise me then.

what problems u have? share on form all will help[ you, get rid of consultants, they will simply and smoothly snatch money with proper ways.

I agree... that is a waste of your time and money, unless you have a complex case. If your background is clean, work, education, and all other docs are available and verifiable you should be ok. You need to visit CIC website and learn the process yourself. If you intend to move to a country where everything is new and you will start everything from scratch, why don't you commit yourself on doing that now, start from the application process. Qorax made a very good explanation in other forum - search on that.
murtazaabbasi stated very well that we all can help if you have problems or give you some advice, some of the members here havevery good experience & knowledge - although none will guarantee the success of your application.

Murtaza & Erik are perfectly right. In today's scenario [when things r so simple, forums like this r galore, internet is full of info & the CIC website] u just do not need a consultant for applying for the Canada PR Immigration.

I would further add that sometimes [actually 100%] with a consultant/lawyer/agent your case will be 'delayed' that normal processing times. If u go solo, u r likely to make it faster. This is from my experience... I've seen all applicants with an agent getting their visa/s later than the ones w/out -with the same AOR date.

Thanks u all guys its really nice that ev1 helping here.actually at the moment i dont have enough liquid money in my account according to my family size but i hv enough property which explains my financial position,few consulting firms told me that I can apply and financial statement needs at later stages..is it true?

yes, nothing need at this stage simply u need to put required amount as needed , u can see the amount in size of family mnembers from guide.
