Use of a Representative

Hello,

I am sponsoring my wife who is form Honduras. I am Canadian.

Because of our situation, we are both appointing a representative. Our representative is a family member of mine and we will both be using him. He will be my representative as well as the representative of my wife.

Do we both (my wife and I) include a Use of Rep. form. Meaning, one with her application and a separate one with mine??

Section D: Signature of spouse or common law partner -- what is this????

section D where on the sponsors part D is for adoption section J requires your spouses signature.
Use of a representative just include one in the app but everything will then be sent to your representative and not you or your spouse,i believe
