Use ECA report from canceled WES order?

Hello,
I did a Masters in the United States. I placed an ECA order last June. I subsequently canceled the order before the evaluation was completed due to personal reasons, and ended up not making an application last year. Strangely enough, I received the evaluation report in spite of the cancellation. I now intend to go ahead with the permanent residency application and have placed a new order for an ECA report.

I wanted to know if I can still use the evaluation report that I received last year so that I can get into the pool ASAP and later swap out the report number when I get the results from my new order? My reason for the haste is that is that my points are only 443, and so I am doubtful about getting selected as the year goes on.

I’m re-evaluating the same degree so I don’t expect any changes that will impact my score. In the worst case, I do have a hard copy of the evaluation report from last year. My only concern is that CIC may not find that report number in WES’s database since the order was canceled and may suspect fraud.

Do you know if it’s possible to change the report number after you enter the pool or would I essentially have to create a new profile? I’ve never made an application before.
