USA PCC question

Hello,

Received my USA PCC on May 1st 2015 but still no ITA.

I moved back to my country in 2014 and never been to the USA since.

Assume I get an ITA in Nov, Dec this year (or anytime after 6 months of PCC date of issue)
will I need to request another PCC from the US? because 6 months have passed since receipt of my first PCC; May 1st 2015.

If the answer is yes, I should probably go ahead and redo the process...

Please advise.

Your PCC is good as long as you obtained it after the last time you lived in that country for more than 6 months.

My husband is not coming with me to canada. But my 5 year old kid will be. So, If my husband’s who is non accompanying me in immigration to canada gets his police clearance PCC not cleared as he had case on him earlier3 years back.
so can i get my pcc cleared ? Or can i get PR visa for canada in such situation and can move to canada without him ? Does my pr visa depends on my husband PCC Or does ircc gives pr to people whose non accompanying husband doesnt have police clearance??
