USA H1B VISA OUT OF STATUS HELP NEEDED!

I'M NO LONGER WORK FOR THE COMPANY THAT SPONSORED ME FOR MY H1B RENEWAL, SO I NOW WORK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY OF SAME FIELD, WHICH NEEDLESS TO SAY I'M ILLEGALY WORKING IN THE USA, CAN ANYONE COMMENT:

1. DO YOU HAVE TO USE YOUR COUNTRY OF ORIGEN CANADIAN EMBASSY FOR PROCESS?.
2. CAN YOU USE THAT EXPERIENCE (AFTER H1B VISA SPONSORING COMPANY) ON YOUR APPLICATION?

Yes you can apply through New delhi visa office if u r indian citizen

And use an Address from my contry of origen for all my mailing process?

You can use any address for your mailing process, but the application is going to be processed at a visa office in India. Therefore, it's best to use an address in India. You can advise the visa office about your status in the U.S. and ask them to send all correspondence to your Indian address. Relevant experience, while you were on H1B, can be used to claim points.

i am also on H1b and I have applied from New delhi .. but my consultant is in canada so we gave his address as the mailing address ...

now i thinking do we have to give our india's address? or canda address would work ?
