US Work Visa for Canadian Immigrants

Hi All,

I have a query regarding getting a work visa for USA (H1 or L1 etc).

As a Canadian Immigrant, are we eligible to work in USA OR, can we apply for a work visa in USA ?

Is it that we have to stay in Canada for sometime before applying for H1B or any other work visa for US? Anyone has any idea on this?

It is easy to get USA work visa for Canadian citizens, if they have USA job offer. For immigrants it is same as your nationality.
